5Zigen has announced an addition to their exhaust product line up. A set of catless lightweight stainless steel turbine outlet pipes for the Nissan GT-R.
Jeremy over @ SpeedForSale is setting up a sound test video right now and let us know that there’s a pre-order sale on for these now – $990 a set.
Remember those 5Zigen SP street spec exhausts we posted about a while ago? Jeremy over at SpeedForSale has fitted one up to their black R35 GT-R as they have come into stock recently. They also have the 5Zigen front pipes fitted as well which delete two of the cat converters. They’ve gone through the effort of posting up a sound clip/video as well and it sounds very nice indeed.
Jeremy says the installation is very simple and a DIY article will be posted soon for those mail ordering the parts who prefer to get their hands dirty themselves.
5ZIGEN have launched a new range of exhausts for the Nissan R35 GT-R recently, the 5ZIGEN SP Spec Street and the Spec Tune. They have also release specs on their new front pipes offering too.
The Spec Street exhaust is made up of a 304 stainless steel main pipe section and an inconel rear muffler section for a weight saving of 7.8kg overall. The sound levels come in at 90dB wearing standard front pipes or 98dB with optional aftermarket front pipes. The Spec Street costs 290,000 yen.
